Meerkat

2010This is a large oil painting based on a reference photo taken one chilli winter afternoon near my house. It shows the twilight with just remains of sunshine in the distance.

2010The painting shows a detail of the river Dyje near my house. It was in the autumn and the water was full of small leaves - an impression I had to paint.
Grove
2010I tried acrylics in this painting in order to get to know this kind of colours. It is black and white because it brings unique atmosphere to the painting. The location is in Prague's park in the outskirts.

2010This is the second painting of cherries. The fruit is amazing with its shades of dark reds.

2010This painting is the first of the still life paintings. I did my best to capture the smooth and glossy surface of the fruit.

2010This is a cherry tree from an orchard in Prague's suburb. I tried to be very realistic and use only black and white to achieve the melancholy mood of the place.

2010This painting took paintakingly long time to finish but I believe it was worth it. Water is one of my favourite motifs and I adore its endless changes.
